These terms do not apply to any customer that has separately executed terms and/or an end user license agreement with Jobma governing the use of the Services (“Users”).

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Website and Services, and any content, information, forms, or tools available on the Website. These Terms do not apply to separate written contracts and/or end-user license agreements between you and Jobma for use of our Services.

  • You agree to be legally bound, both on your behalf and on behalf of the company you represent (collectively, “you”), by these Terms without limitation or qualification; and

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Website and may restrict access to any part or all of it at any time. Jobma supports structured interview workflows that allow recruiters to apply a consistent process across candidates, including the use of standardized, role-specific questions. Responsibility for how interviews are configured, conducted, and evaluated remains with the employer. Employers are responsible for ensuring compliance with EEOC (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission) guidelines.

You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to access the Website and Services, including, but not limited to, obtaining compatible devices, internet connectivity, and any required software or security measures. You are also responsible for ensuring that any individual who accesses the Website through your internet connection, systems, or devices is aware of these Terms of Use, any applicable supplemental conditions, and complies fully with them.

By accessing or using the Website, you agree that you will not engage in any conduct that may damage, harm, or adversely affect the reputation, rights, or legitimate interests of Jobma or any of its affiliates, clients, candidates, partners, or representatives.
