    Survey and Feedback Data: Information you voluntarily provide through service request forms, surveys, questionnaires, or feedback mechanisms. All information collected is stored on secure data servers in the United States (U.S.-Central1, Iowa) in partnership with Google Cloud. Retention periods are established to comply with business and legal obligations, with interview data retained for a minimum of one year unless otherwise required by law.

  • Enabling registration, account creation, and access to Jobma’s services.
  • Delivering requested services, including hosting and managing video interviews.
  • Facilitating communication, support, and service notifications.
  • Performing data analytics, security audits, platform maintenance, and product improvement.
  • Ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, including anti-fraud and anti-abuse measures.
  • Conducting marketing and promotional activities, including sending updates, product announcements, and offers related to Jobma’s services. Advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, and others, may use website visitor information for remarketing activities.

Jobma does not sell personal information. All processing is conducted in accordance with applicable legal frameworks, and where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time by reaching out to our Data Privacy Officer at privacy@jobma.com.

  • Employer Access: Candidate interview content (pre-recorded videos, live video recordings, audio responses, etc.) and associated data are shared with the employer or recruiter within the organization, or external evaluators requesting the interview for assessment purposes.
  • Legal Obligations: Personal data may be disclosed to the regulatory bodies in response to exercise, establish, or defend legal claims, to protect the vital interests of any person, or to comply with an order or request from any competent court, regulator, law enforcement agency, or government authority.
  • Fraud and Security: Data may be disclosed to other companies to protect against fraud, unauthorized transactions, security incidents, or investigating incidents that have already taken place.
