Record something and play it back. This is a great way to make sure everything works fine before you get to the actual interview questions. Make sure you play back your recording to confirm that it looks and sounds great.
Go through each question carefully, some of the questions may give you a limited time to think while others may not allow you to re-record. Also note the maximum length your answer recording can be. Make sure to click Finish interview when you are done.
Pretend as if you were doing the interview in person and dress how you would have dressed in that scenario.
Sit in a place where your face will be lit from the front. Avoid sitting with a bright object (window, light etc) directly behind you.
You have the option of recording a practice video (as many times as you want) and you should definitely use that option.
Sit so that you are in the center of the frame. Try to avoid sitting in an overly cluttered area. You should be the focus of the video.
All you need is internet access and a device with a webcam. If you have a PC or a Mac with a webcam you can use that to take part in the video interview. We recommend using Chrome or Firefox. If you have a mobile device you can use our Jobma app (available on iOS and Android platforms) and complete your video interview.
Firstly make sure you close any other programs that might be using the Webcam (like Skype, Facetime etc) and any other duplicate interview links that might be open. Try refreshing the page or closing the window and then opening the interview link again. And if you get an option to allow access to your Camera and Microphone, please ensure you do that. You can also trying opening the link in an Incognito Window. Lastly, its worth switching your browser as well (for example if you are using Google Chrome try Firefox and vice versa). If nothing else works, our support team is standing by to help you.

Depending on your internet speed, it may take 4-5 minutes for your video to upload. We recommend a minimum upload speed of 2-3 MBPS. You can check your upload speed by running a speedtest. If it has been longer than that then you may have to refresh the page and retry. If you are using the Mobile App, close it and click on the interview link again.
Ensure that there is enough free space on your device. The Jobma app is free to download and use. If you are on an Android device, please make sure that you use the Google Play store and not the store of your Android device maker.
No worries. If you closed the interview page or the Mobile App, you can pick up right where you left off. Just click on the link in your email again and it will take you right back to your interview. You will be able to resume from the point where you left off.
When you finish the interview it will give you a confirmation that your interview has been submitted. If you aren’t sure, just click on the interview link in your email. If your interview is finished you will get a message saying the same. If not, you will be able to resume from where you left off.
If you feel like you need to redo the interview then please contact the company you applied to. If they want you to redo the interview, they will start the process at their end.
