Performance Marketing (PPC) Executive

We Are looking for a Performance Marketing (PPC) Executive who will play a pivotal role in driving Jobma’s paid marketing initiatives to generate leads, acquire new customers, and maximize ROI. You will be responsible for creating and executing effective ad campaigns and strategies to generate high-quality leads (enterprise companies, talent acquisition leaders, HR teams, etc.), optimize conversion rates, and enhance brand visibility for Jobma.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and optimize multi-channel paid marketing campaigns across platforms, including Google, Microsoft/Bing, LinkedIn, review/listing platforms, sponsored content opportunities, and other paid acquisition channels.
• Monitor campaign performance and strategies to improve metrics (CTR, CPL, CAC, pipeline contribution, etc.) and grow Jobma across the US and other global markets.
• A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-potential keywords.
• Develop and deliver insightful reports to stakeholders, clearly communicating key results.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for campaign improvements.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure campaign effectiveness.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques, and incorporate them into your work.

Requirements and skills

• Experience: 2-3 years.
• A bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or a related field.
• Prior experience in a B2B SaaS / Software company is recommended.
• Proven track record of successfully creating and optimizing paid search and social campaigns to achieve marketing goals.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using AI and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Hubspot, Semrush, Ahrefs, Looker Studio, SpyFu, Clarity, Smartlook, etc.
• Proficient Google Sheets user with strong skills in pivot tables, formulas, and report creation.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
