Jobma Integrates with Jobylon

Jobma is now integrated with Jobylon, a recruitment platform to make hiring faster and smarter. This step-by-step guide will take you through the integration steps, adding candidates, and assessing the interviews, for a seamless recruitment experience.

Step 1

To begin, log in to both your Jobma and Jobylon accounts. Within your Jobma account, the first step involves creating an interview kit. Navigate to Set up an Interview > Interview Kit, add your desired questions, and click Save.

Step 2

Now, in your Jobma account, go to Integrations located on the left-hand side. Click on Integrations, and then select Jobylon from the list.

Step 3

You’ll need to insert the API Key here and click Save. Please reach out to your Jobylon account manager for the details.

Step 4

Once the details are saved, click on Jobylon (Under Integrations) and select the Interview kit you would like to use. You have now successfully configured your Jobma and Jobylon accounts.

Step 5

It’s now time to invite candidates for Jobma interviews. In Jobylon, navigate to the Jobs section and select the job you would like to use.

Step 6

Here, you can either add a new candidate or select an existing one. If adding a new candidate, complete the required details and save the information.

Step 7

Next, access the candidate profile, click the three dots, and select Send to Jobma.

Step 8

This action triggers an interview invite for the candidate and updates the candidate’s profile with an interview link.

Step 9

After the candidate completes the interview, you can watch it by navigating to the candidate’s profile and clicking the evaluation button.

Step 10

Alternatively, you can view the interview by going to the Integrations page in Jobma then Interview Listing, and clicking on Jobylon.
