Steps to Integrate Jobma with Infinite BrassRing

Follow the steps described below for a hustle-free integration in one go:

Step 1

Log in to your Jobma and Infinite accounts. On your Jobma account, create an Interview kit. Go to Set up an Interview > Interview Kit, prepare your customized interview kit, select from the pre-built assessments, and hit Save. 
(Note: Please provide your Infinite account manager with the Interview Kit name and Interview Kit ID to link it to the job requisitions created under Infinite).

Step 2

Proceed with the Integrations tab available on the left-hand side of the Jobma window. Under the Integration Panel, click on Infinite BrassRing, copy the API, and send it to the Infinite account manager for integration.

Step 3

Invite candidates for the Jobma interview by following the establishment integration. Select Candidates after navigating to the Menu panel (three bars on the upper left corner of Infinite). Add a new candidate or select one that already exists.

To add a new candidate, select Add Candidate > Add Candidate/Contact Standalone TG under the Gateway Name. On the next screen, add the candidate’s resume, review the details, and click Continue to proceed.

Step 4

Go to the Menu Bar > Candidates > Candidates in queue, to view the candidate’s profile. Pick the applicant, then select Actions > File to Req to link the applicant to a job.

Step 5

Go to the Menu Bar > Reqs > View my Reqs to access the Job Requirement.

Step 6

To examine the list of applicants linked to the request, select the New tab.

Step 7

On the next page, modify the desired candidate’s HR Status > Video Interview Requested to invite the candidate for an interview.

Step 8

You can evaluate the interview after the candidate submits it by going to the candidate’s profile under Activity > Action log > Background Check Results (Standard).

Step 9

On the following page, under the Order Information Section, click on Evaluation Result. This will open the evaluation page.

Alternatively, you can view the interview by going to Jobma’s Integrations panel > Interview listing, and clicking on Infinite.
