What You’ll Be Doing:

• Serve as the reliable and responsive point of contact for clients via email, phone, and virtual meetings. Your clear communication and professionalism will foster trust and satisfaction.
• Interpret and address complex tax notices. Liaise with tax agencies to ensure timely and accurate resolution of inquiries.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver insightful financial reports to senior leadership. Your analysis will inform strategic business decisions.
• Manage payroll operations with accuracy and discretion. Ensure timely and precise processing for employee compensation.
• Conduct quarterly and annual reviews of financial data. Identify discrepancies, recommend corrective actions, and uphold financial integrity.
• Oversee client accounts and payment schedules. Maintain accurate records to ensure smooth and efficient financial transactions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal, at a C1 level.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not required)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounting or finance roles
• Proficiency in QuickBooks is required
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and best practices
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work full-time on Pacific Standard Time (graveyard shift in Philippine Time)
• Own a laptop/desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or above) with 10 Mbps internet.
• Available to work in US time zones.
