Join our dynamic team as a Remote Attorney and play a key role in supporting clients with comprehensive legal services while enjoying the freedom of working from home. Strong English communication skills and prior U.S. law firm or U.S.-based legal experience are required.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Legal Document Preparation

• Draft pleadings, agreements, and motions.
• Prepare and file court documents and other legal filings.
• Develop corporate formation documents and business agreements.
• Create customized estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
   

Contract Drafting and Review

• Draft tailored agreements for business and personal transactions.
• Review contracts for legal compliance with U.S. laws and regulations.
• Identify legal risks and suggest revisions or improvements.
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions on behalf of clients.

Compliance and Regulatory Support

• Monitor and interpret changes in relevant federal, state, and industry-specific regulations.
• Ensure adherence to compliance standards and legal requirements.
  Conduct internal audits and prepare compliance reports for regulatory agencies.
   

Client Communication and Case Management

• Provide legal advice and consultation to clients.
• Conduct initial case assessments and client intake procedures.
• Prepare case briefs, deposition summaries, and trial-related documents.
• Manage schedules, deadlines, and client communications efficiently.
  Collaborate with attorneys and support teams to ensure seamless operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Mandatory: Experience working in a U.S. law firm or U.S.-based legal company.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (C1 level or higher in English).
• Law degree and a valid license to practice in your respective country.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Lawyer.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with online tools (video conferencing, cloud storage, CRM, etc.).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple cases simultaneously.
• Availability to work in U.S. time zones.

System and Work Setup Requirements:

• A stable and high-speed internet connection preferably 50 MBPS or higher
  with backup in cases of power interruption or service provider issues.
• Own Desktop or laptop (not a tablet or chromebook), and a processor of Core i5 / AMD Ryzen 3 /
  2013 Mac equivalent or higher; Windows 10 or above / Catalina 10.15 or newer;
  with up-to-date web browsers, and security software, 500GB/128 SSD storage.
• Headset/earphone with noise cancellation and webcam at 720p or higher resolution.
• A designated, quiet, and well-organized workspace free from distractions to facilitate focused work.
