We are currently seeking a highly competitive, driven, experienced Business Developer for the Indianapolis, IN and surrounding markets. Duties will be heavy on maintaining current B2B relationships, continually building and brining in new business, and keeping Hope Public Adjusters relevant in the industry.


  • Highly experienced in marketing, strategy, business development, and/or partnership marketing, corporate meetings, presentations, and lead generation.
  • 3 + years of sales experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Negotiations and deal closing abilities
  • Well-organized and takes ownership of tasks in a live environment
  • A positive, winning approach, incorporating integrity, confidentiality, and discretion.
  • Deep understanding of new media and a desire to stay current on emerging digital platforms and markets.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships and networks both internally and externally.
  • Performs well under pressure: handle multiple priorities at the same time.
  • Ability to Network to new and exciting clients and expand in all areas.
  • Ability to work independently.


  • Maintain current client relationships and identifying areas for potential clients.
  • Contacting potential clients to establish a business relationship and meet with them.
  • Develop new sales areas and improving sales through various methods.
  • Research the latest in the business industry and creating new opportunities to expand business.
  • Collaborate with Executive and Marketing team to ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers, profit goals, up to date marketing materials, marketing strategies, and customer relations.
  • Strong understanding of company products or services as well as business position and completion to keep business competitive.
  • Attend conferences for client networking .
  • Design and expand social media network to interact with clients.
  • Lead in take on potential new clients and follow ups via email, mail, phone, or in person.

Job Type:

Full-time (Monday-Friday)

Once trained some evenings and weekends may be required

Pay & Benefits:

Pay is negotiable
