Hi, I've worked in the Auto industry. My whole life, my grandfather has his own garage for 45 years. I had taken it over and ran
it. And every step of the way through all that and managing, and guiding technicians new technicians and just helping people along in their journey and understanding and educating
in new ways, Ways to see things differently on how to make repairs and maybe sometimes something they just overlooked, but I enjoy helping people and educating them that way.
One. Good way that I like to keep everyone productive and moving forward is cleanliness, understanding easier ways to take the vehicle apart to put
the vehicle back together in a timely manner, not getting sidetracked staying focused and helping and through that process. Sometimes it's hard that they don't like to be
micromanaged or maybe acknowledged that they're struggling in an issue. So there's various ways I like to go about, you know, helping them through that process. Helping them understand that, hey, maybe we could try this way, with a little quicker more
timely manner for the customer to get the car back and, you know, more productive in the end.
Some key points to keep profitability up and a fast moving service department is to make sure that when we are diagonal vehicle, that you know, we are 100% thorough
on everything, we're not throwing parts of the vehicle. You know, we get paid to do a diagonal, do the diagonal first time. We don't get paid a second time and the customer is going to be very upset in that process. They have to come back for the same issue second time.
I'm so I'd like to be able to help the technicians out and give them the information the software. They need to be able to make sure that they're doing their job adequately. It's a smooth process, but it's also something that's very
key and I noticed a lot of places struggle with making sure that the diag is correct the first time,
Yes, I do have a clear, driver's license valid and yes I'm willing to pass a drug test and I wish you that way out of background check and I feel that I would be the
best candidate as my years of experience. I was born with a wrench in my hand. I fixed everything from carbureted Vehicles rebuilt, motors transmissions, for all
Makes and all models. And I love and enjoy helping co-workers and new technicians better themselves in the industry as the industry continues to grow and change along its past.
And I feel like I'd be a very good asset in the company, your company's way of helping the business grow
