No! You can get started without needing a credit card with our free trial. This trial is free and includes 10 interviews. Our team will even help you get started by providing a free training and onboarding session. Simply use the Live chat option to book a date and time that works for you.
Yes! All your interviews, settings, interview questions etc will transfer to a higher tier plan seamlessly. Our team is always available to set up a training session to help you understand some of the upgraded options.
Aside from our Basic plan, all of your interviews are part of your storage. As long as you have an active subscription, you get to decide how long you want to store your interviews.
For our Professional and Enterprise plans, we offer monthly or annual billing. For our Essential plan, we offer a pay as you go and model at $1 per interview (subscription charges are extra).
Jobma already integrates with several Applicant Tracking Systems and chances are your ATS is already one of them. If that is not the case, we will build an integration with your ATS for you (as long as it's feasible) at no additional cost to you.
There is no limit to the number of times you can view a candidate’s video interview. You can also share it with as many people outside of your organization as you like.
You can pay via Credit Card, Paypal or a Bank transfer. We also accept other alternative modes of payment, please contact our sales team at Sales@Jobma.com to find a method that works best for you.
The number of interviews you can have candidates take depends on your plan as well as how much storage you have. As a reference point, an average video interview is around 10 MB.
The refund policy depends on the plan you are using and the mode of billing (monthly, annual etc). If you feel dissatisfied with anything in particular please contact our support team at email@example.com and we will see how we can set things right for you.
